This 2 hour seminar will provide an in-depth overview of the principles of healthy nutrition, an interesting historical overview, summary of the most popular diets and their strengths and weaknesses, strategies for improving your personal nutrition, and practical tips on how to plan and prepare your meals to save your valuable time and money.  The cost is only $20 per person and includes a handout with recipes and printed educational materials.
