Private Yoga Sessions

Whether you are new to yoga and want a basic introduction, or a long-time practitioner who wants to develop a specific part of your practice, a private lesson can be a great way to accomplish you goals.  Private lessons allow for one-on-one instruction with me to provide you with individualized teachings based on your body’s unique needs.  In a private session, we will work closely together as I intuitively assist you in developing a positive relationship with your body, your breath, your mind, and learn to connect to your soul.  Through intimate and customized one-on-one sessions, you will more quickly notice the benefit of your yoga practice as you gain more physical and mental strength, flexibility, and tranquility.  Private sessions offer the quickest path toward reaching your personal goals.  Please contact me for more information or to set up your private session. 

YOGA WORKSHOPS

Renew and Restore
This workshop offers restorative yoga poses within a serene studio, bathed in candle light, and infused with soothing sounds to allow your mind to release stress and your body to release tension to provide access to deep restoration and renewal. Introduction to Meditation
This workshop offers a basic overview of meditation, including a brief history and various techniques that can be used to start a meditation practice to help calm and focus your mind and body.
